The Republic of Haiti, the "wonderful" island discovered by Christopher Columbus on December 5, 1492, is endowed by Providence with a vocation and a mission to become the salt of the earth. It is located in the constellation of the five nations which have received a special mission on earth to bring our planet closer to the true earthly paradise.
These nations like Haiti have all failed in their mission. Who are they ?

2- The United States from July 4, 1776 received the divine mission not only to build a good nation but also to share the concept of living together by showing other peoples together, how to develop the feeling of belonging, brotherhood between sons and girls from the same nation regardless of their skin color, sex and place of origin. The current events of racial tension as well as inappropriate American foreign interventions clearly demonstrate that the United States is far from fulfilling its mission as a nation carrying the nation-under-construction doctrine.

4- France from July 14, 1789 also received the divine mission to resume respect for human rights on earth. Haiti has countless unused or rather poorly used resources. Its spicy culture, polonized with ingredients inherited from the Tainos, Portuguese, Africans, French and Spaniards, is a delicious dish for those who have had the pleasure of visiting the country. With its country festivals, its Carnival, its "rara" and other kinds of traditional cultural events, its cuisine, its painting, its rural markets, its artisanal products built with recycled materials, the country represents a rare destination, not only in the West Indies. , but for the whole world. As a visitor told me in the Dominican Republic, “the Haitians just have to stay quiet for a while” and the country will be invaded by tourists.

With this in mind, we propose to use Haitian culture as a source of prosperity inside and out to enhance the glory of the country. We will do this both outside and inside the country by promoting each of the aforementioned cultural events through cultural centers subsidized to the tune of $ 100 million from the CPI (citizenship by investment) program.
