AGRICULTURE (PPSL)

An agriculture policy

The state will encourage the practice of agriculture, organic, nostalgic and traditional. The accompanying measures will help the average farmer and the large farmer to convert their land into a "Creole garden" or "peasant garden", that is to say a garden which produces fruits of all seasons, such as citrus fruits. in winter, cachimans, soursop and tamarind in spring, mango and apricots in summer. The Creole garden will also have precious trees such as mahogany and cedar, and at the same time will produce coffee and vines like yam, pomegranate and pomegranate.

Large-scale agriculture will also be encouraged. The Haitian state will facilitate the exploitation of local products by the large landowners. The local two-halves system can be used to encourage foreign pension companies to invest in the Haitian agro-forestry industry; which will produce benefits for the owner, for the company and for the cooling of Earth's space.

The Haitian state will regain control of the 90 state farms established in the country since the government of Dumarsais Estimé, so that they serve as a laboratory in agricultural matters. to improve our production in all sectors.

PPSL will use 8 vectors of wealth creation to ensure that every Haitian without education today who seeks productive employment will find it in their different areas:
a- agriculture, organic for large foreign markets, high-end and nostalgic for our Diaspora.
b- The seed, planting and protection of precious trees like mahogany, cedar and chain for our Sovereign Fund.
c- Utility art for the international market.
d- Religious and rural tourism drawn from the festivals of saints and the pioneer character of Haiti.
e- Essential oils.
f- Caring for the elderly around the world / old aged home health aid.
g- Haiti under construction, a Haiti that is rebuilding all its institutions and putting in place an adequate infrastructure from Hamlet to the capital.
h- The production of fish and hens for the local and international market.

Finally, the Haitian state will undertake, as we have already indicated in the environment section, a vast movement of reforestation of our mountains centered on precious woods such as mahogany, cedar and ebony. This policy envisages the creation of a National Sovereign Fund which will rely on planting and harvesting these precious woods in about fifteen years.

The development of organic agriculture.
We will demand that the government use the 90 state farms as laboratories to facilitate the production, sale and renewal of seeds for the production of products such as citrus fruits, cherries and pigeon peas in winter, the "cachiman »And soursop in spring, mango and apricot in summer, avocado and quenêpes in autumn. By using cold rooms and other necessary facilities in each municipality, we can standardize the export of nostalgic local fruits to our DIASPORA, and organic to WHOLE FOOD thus enriching the peasant population. When scientists today question cancer additives in the food chain, Haiti is privileged because its plant production is entirely organic.
