SECURITY (PPSL)
Public security
The Haitian army will become a constructive force that engages all young people between the ages of 18 and 19. All students in rhetoric and philosophy classes will have to perform a social service in the barracks abandoned by the Minustah and the MINIJUST. They will spend two days a week (one on weekdays and one on weekends) attending training on disaster and accident prevention and taking courses in foreign languages, leadership, sports and civic education. Police will be nationally trained but deployed locally. It will be close to the people it must serve and defend. The volunteers who wish to register at the university under the aegis of the prevention army will be officers from different corps: engineering corps,
medical corps, environmental corps, maritime corps, and air corps.
The Haitian state through its army and local police will ensure the security of property and people throughout the country. There will be no more ghettos and places of no place, neither in the cities nor in the countryside. PPSL believes that the devaluation of the human person leads straight to gangsterism and insecurity. We want and we will empower each citizen with education, learning and rehabilitation to erase this wave of insecurity that pervades the entire Haitian space. You will see later the manifestation of this public policy in the creation of wealth for all and in the construction of healthy houses especially for
the poorest in our rural sections and in the municipalities.
