THE TOURISM (PPSL)

Promotion of culture and tourism.

The tourism
Tourism will first be local, then it will target DIASPORA and foreigners. Haiti will benefit from its character as a Catholic nation, where the cult of the Saints is practiced, to organize real country festivals capable of attracting Catholics from all over the world, in particular Italians, Spaniards and Copts who also have the tradition of celebrating. the Saints. Our rural areas will be transformed into real sites of attraction which will receive these tourists for a month.

Trade, finance and wealth creation
Creating wealth for all must be the main objective of government. The decision must be taken to ensure the well-being of the people in their country by improving their existence, that is to say by meeting their needs within the limits of their capacities, even in the absence of education. and adequate training. We propose to enrich the underprivileged sector of the population to the tune of $ 30,000 per year in ppp cooperatives, as follows: $ 6,000 from organic and “nostalgic” farming, $ 6,000 from organic farming chicken and tilapia, $ 6,000 from utility crafts, $ 6,000 from rural tourism and $ 6,000 from environmental projects. Thus, this sector representing 85% of the population will be enriched in an existential way by organic and nostalgic agriculture, utilitarian crafts, rural tourism and ecology. The state will then take care to instill a sense of ethics and educate this human force so that it does not become a filthy and selfish bourgeoisie.

With regard to the sector of the population holding university degrees, we propose the establishment of a statistical database on human resources collected from all universities, in order to introduce in the country production companies of specialized services in various fields such as accounting, information, pharmaceutical research the creation of new or other professional fields.

Haiti has a rich artistic culture, with excellent cuisine made with Taino, African and European ingredients, and soft tropical music that can be shared with the rest of the world through tourism and religious festivals. reminiscent of the medieval pilgrimage that disappeared all over the world.

The intergenerational misery of the population will only end with a government plan to create wealth taking into account the current existential status of its population. Such a project will be based on organic farming, creative and utilitarian arts and rural tourism for Spaniards and Italians who have a tradition of celebrating saints as in Haiti.

The right question is how to energize DIASPORA so that it becomes a force for itself and for the mother-party with its skills and personal resources waiting to function. Yet organizing yourself as a group with affinity bonds multiply the resources of each individual.

How to reverse the situation to create a critical mass of citizens, where the culture and practice of wealth creation would be the norm? The solution lies in the genius of the masses who will focus on creating wealth through organic farming and creative handicrafts for export. Haiti, without adequate infrastructure, is not ready for high-end tourism, but the country is ready for its own DIASPORA which wishes to immerse itself in the religious and cultural festivals that take place in towns and villages throughout. of the year. This is how Haiti can commit to helping all of its citizens to become "rich as a Creole", as it was said around 1800 in Newport or Baltimore. Foreign tourists can add cream to the cake anyway, which is succulent anyway.

A tourism policy that will be directed towards the optimization of our country festivals aimed at Christians thirsty for the old pilgrimage culture of the Saints. It will also target the exploitation of our historic sites presenting Haiti as the Mecca of the black world.

Promotion of tourism
Will focus on the rural world and the municipalities through national festivals. Our targeted tourist clientele will include members of DIASPORA and Christians from all over the world, in particular Catholics from Spain, Italy, Argentina, Mexico, United States, Colombia, Brazil, Philippines as well as the Copts who also like to celebrate the Feast of Saints. It will also include Friends of Freedom from all over the world. To this end, we will work with UNESCO to rebuild the Route of Slavery and the liberation through the rehabilitation of all our historic sites. ($ 1 billion)
